I photographed a wonderful French couple the other day: Maxime and Charlotte Coutrot. Their photoshoot was a gift from a friend in France and they will be returning for their newborn shoot once their precious little bundle arrives….

Isn’t technology amazing – their friends on the other side of the world were able to give them a lovely gift of everlasting memories and they will be able to share these beautiful images online in an instant!

I am so excited! My nephew Jordy who lives in Liverpool, England has nominated me as the coolest photographer on the planet! How cool is that – I happen to think he is the coolest kid on the planet (besides my own 3 angels) so it makes sense he would feel the same way about his aunt.

 We are really missing him at the moment as we haven’t seen him or his mom and dad for 4 months, when they were in South Africa for his mom and dad’s wedding. I took some photos of him at the wedding and he looks so cute in them – guess that’s why he calls me the coolest photographer on the planet! Well Jordy if you read this – I love you and miss you and think you’re the coolest nephew on the planet!
