It seems to me that there is a lot of parent out there who planned to have their babies in 2010 (soccer babies ) Since this year has started we have been doing a lot of maternity photography as well as newborn photography. Just the other day I had Mom, Dad & baby in the studio dresses in their soccer kits and baby wear soccer socks… too cute! Taking photos when you are pregnant is not always something pregnant moms are sure they want to do. We are women photographers so we have an understanding to how you feel about your changin body. Cute baby photos is all about capturing their expressions… From big time frowns, to the wide open mouthed smiles (just gums everywhere ) Yes, ages and stages is one of the most beautiful things babies go through and the best way to remember every little thing is to have professional baby photos taken. Take little Hudson (nice name don’t you think) for instance, he is one of few babies who actually prefer lying on his tummy rather than sitting up all by himself. Everytime I smiled at him he just smiled right back. I think this is part of the magic of babies, they are so innocent and just give love freely to anyone who would take a minute and talk to them. I can see many girls lining up at your doorstep with this gorgeous “big” little boy in the house. Baby Photography is an art which we have perfected, give them a little bit of love and attention and they will give you smiles (and maybe a little of drool if your lucky ) all the way!

lottery. Taking photos of babies is very rewarding. I always say they are really easy to photograph because they are already cute (you are just capturing this…) I have always loved any and every little baby and that is why being a baby photographer is the perfect job for me. I really can’t explain why I like them so much, maybe it is because of their beautiful

smiles or maybe it is just a girl thing… Anyway, who cares I love them and they love me and together you and I will capture beautiful memories which you can treasure forever!

Photographing babies can be compared to walking into a tornado like a stormwatcher. You need look at all the signs for instance has baby just woken up from a nap, are they hungry or are they extremely friendly right now? And then you need to do your shoot according to how they feel.

When they are extremely happy you need to use this opportunity to get as many beautiful smiley photos as you can. Always remember to smile back at the baby who is being photographed.

Sing to them, play hide and seek behind the camera and in general just praise them for everything they do right. If you ensure the whole photoshoot is a game they will love to be photographed and will defininitely want to come back
