Day 3 in Orlando Florida

What a beautiful day!! I am sitting on our patio having a bud as the sun sets on the golf course (we really could be at Sun City right now – even the weather is the same) We had a wonderfully relaxing day today – we slept late, I went for a run and then we did my favourite thing – we went shopping!!!

We went to Florida Mall – when we finally arrived (we got stuck in some serious traffic – no idea why??) and spent a few hours shopping….

The boys got a new psp game (ben 10 series 2) and I got a new camera – Sony Cybershot T500 – the electronics are really cheap here compared to SA. Then we stopped at The Publix and did some more grocery shopping (food is not bad here but we really don’t enjoy all the take-outs here, most of them seem to fry things and everything smells of oil (YUCK!!) so we eat mostly at home or pack our own snacks which is good for the wallet and the waist!

We really feel relaxed now and we seem to have adjusted to the time difference – it is great to be here and we are loving every minute of it!!
