Few South African women have the status what Christina Storm has. When we think back to the 80’s, we remember little to no models at all of that time, but we remember her. She definitely has a longer expiry date to, and has managed to manage her life in a way that she was able to move out of models, transitioning into acting, and has since appeared in many leading South African series, and home-made movies.

Getting to know her a bit, was an eye-opener for me, as you realize how we all see life differently, that we can’t judge, and even if you have a big persona such as hers, one can still get hurt by things said about you in the media.

She is blessed with a beautiful bone structure for sure, and just knows how to pose in front of the camera, she works it effortlessly. Her lovely sister Willemien is her best friend, and they share a greatly connected, in-tuned bond, and they are each other’s rock through life. I liked both women immediately, their uniqueness and different ways were evident, but as were their shared passion for many things, their love for Christina’s little girl, Ruby, and their intense love for each other.
