Finding a good wedding photographer is like looking for shoes which are “your style” and fit comfortably. The photographer who photographed your sister’s wedding may not be the right photographer for you.  Make sure you set-up a meeting with your photographer in a non stressful environment to have a look at their portfolio and to get to know them.  Keep in mind that you will be spending the most stressful day of your life in the company of this person.How do you know if someone is the right wedding photographer for you?  Check that they have a proper website with LOADS of wedding photos, check that their email address is photography@a company (which will show you that they’re a serious business and not some fly-by company) and not photography@gmail etc.  Then lastly if you have to drag yourself out of the meeting cos you were having such a nice chat and sharing ideas and dreams with this person you know you’ve found the perfect wedding photographer to suit your needs
