Well I woke up today feeling a little sad because I could not see my mom today (she has just immigrated to the UK) but then my family came running into the room with gifts and breakfast in bed and I realised how blessed I am to be a mother!!!

All three of my children had made me some kind of gift or card (with lots of help of course) and I was lucjy enough to get hugs and kisses from all of them (even Mikey which doesn’t happen very often!) We decided to spend the day at home and celebrate being a family and it was lovely…..

I am so grateful to have three beautiful children and a wonderful husband…. what more could a woman want???? Oh yes, a wonderful mother (and father) too…. I really am blessed!!!

This mothers day, make sure you take the time to count your blessings and thank the people that you care about…. after all, everybody wants to be loved and appreciated for who they are!!!
