It is hard to describe just how hard we had to work to get this baby boy to smile, we did anything and everything we possibly could and we only managed three smiles from him. So thi is an absolutely treasured photo of him.
I believe that babies don’t have to always smile to capture a beautiful picture. It’s almost like they have a certain amount of smiles per day, and if they have already smiled all of them you are out of luck. The truth of the matter is that all babies are beautiful, and this is what we aim to capture. Everything from the more serious faces (as seen below:)

right down to the really curious expressions which only little babies can portray. Cute baby pictures are all about getting the perfect shot of a specific moment (yes, this might sound cliche to you but it works. ) I have found that making eye contact with your subject, smiling and cooing at them will most likely get them to smile at you. So sometimes you just have to compose the shot and focus and then come out from behind your big fancy camera and interact with your client (regardless of their age) and hope you have steady hands. Good luck!!!

WOW!!!
Thank you for the amazing photos you took at Mika’s 1st Birthday. Without exception, everyone commented on the quality and finish of all the photos.
We couldn't be happier! We are even more grateful for the manner in which you did the job. You have also been complimented by our guests on this, some of whom were very hard to impress.
Your work is truly magnificent and you are worth every single penny....I honestly cant put into words how happy we were with the end result.......what more can I say, brilliant. You’re a star!
