In this day and age, cupid must definitely be doing something right, as their still seems to very much, be love in the air. A couple shoot, is ultimately one of my favourite type of shoots. It is sometimes refreshing to not just work with one person, such as in a models hoot, but working with two. There’s a lot of chemistry going on, and that’s recipe for one fun shoot.

Both elements of a feminine lady, and a macho guy is brought together, and lots of giggles and laughs happen when the couple speak in lingo only they understand. We ask our couples to keep that energy flowing, as that is what makes for good shots. Little kisses, whispers and touches are what we’re looking for, and it’s always a joy seeing the couple interact.

It doesn’t matter which background the couple chooses to shoot on, either black- or white works fine, the white background’s characteristic, is that it gives a clean, modern feel, making bright colours really stand out, where as the black background adds to mood and atmosphere, and makes for a shoot with dimension from the low-key light set-up that works so well with the black background.
