Option D – Premium Wedding Package – R19 500

Terms and Conditions: 50% Deposit is required to confirm a booking. The balance of the payment is due either before or on the day of the shoot. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits will be forfeited for any photoshoot cancelled less than 48 hours in advance. No work will be done on images until payment has been received in full and we have a signed booking form. Louise Diesel Photography CC retains the copyrights to all images that we photograph or create. By booking a photoshoot with Louise Diesel Photography CC, you acknowledge our rights in and to the images and to the extent necessary, therefore, you hereby assign, cede, transfer and make over to Louise Diesel Photography CC any and all rights in such images. Louise Diesel Photography retains the right to use any such images in our blog, portfolio as well as marketing materials and any other use that we deem suitable. If photos are loaded on social networking sites (e.g.: Facebook) or the Internet, please credit Louise Diesel Photography CC as the photographers. All images go through a basic editing process to conform to a certain level of quality and style ie we enhance saturation, sharpness and contrast as required and some images are converted to black & white or sepia as well as some creative editing. For this reason, we do not give clients any unedited images. Note: any complex editing like airbrushing, removing spots, stretch marks etc is charged extra at R350 per hour. Note: Delivery is not included – Photos need to be collected at our studio.  Should you wish to have your photos delivered anywhere in JHB there will be an additional charge of R100 delivery fee. Quotes valid for 30 days only. Due to the creative process of enhancing your photos, we need a minimum of 10 – 14 working days to digitally edit and creatively enhance your photos.  The same hours are needed for the editing of all photos in a shorter period of time. By reducing service times, overtime is worked so as not to jeopardize the quality of your photos.  An additional 25% surcharge fee will apply if we are able to accommodate your request. Once we have received your choice of images, we require a further 7 – 10 working days to finalise your prints. Photobooks take 14 – 21 working days. Therefore it can take up to a month to receive your final products after a photoshoot. (Wedding Photographs take 6 – 8 weeks for final delivery but a few images will be edited and posted onto our blog for you and your family and friends to view within 1 week after the wedding.) Should you require your photographs sooner, please discuss the possibility with us beforehand. Thank You!
